Ms. Karoline – Office Assistant and Infant Teacher
Ms. Karoline is currently working towards a degree in Deaf Education and Psychology at The College of New Jersey. She enjoys working with children of all ages but has the most experience with the younger ages. In her free time, she enjoys mentoring her little sister through the local program of Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Ms. Karoline is excited to work at Pennington Children’s Academy and learn from the excellent staff here.
Ms. Regina – Infant and Toddler Teacher
Ms. Regina started working with children during high school when attending classes for early childhood development. Shortly after, she received her first job at the YMCA of Hopewell. From those experiences, her passion for teaching grew. She furthered her knowledge from working with other daycare centers and being a nanny. She truly loves working with children. Ms. Regina strives to provide her knowledge, skills, experience, and enthusiasm every day to ensure the child’s happiness and safety. She is looking forward to many great years to come at Pennington Children’s Academy.
Ms. Ismat – Owner
Ms. Ismat’s life’s passion has been childcare. With over 20 years experience, she is excited be the owner of Pennington Children’s Academy. Her focus has always been on fostering the right learning environment for each and every child. She considers each child to be unique with his/her strengths and opportunities for improvement. In her care, she utilized a combination of Montessori and traditional education practices. She stays active with her own education by attending seminars, training workshops, and conferences. She looks forward to putting any newfound knowledge into play with families at the Pennington Children’s Academy.
Ms. Ruby – Substitute
Ms. Ruby loves working with children of all ages. My experience with children started at a very early age. She began watching her younger siblings and then in later years, babysitting her nieces and nephews. Her favorite activities to do with her family were educational walks, reading time and arts and crafts activities. After her own children went to college, she continued her work with younger children by babysitting and becoming a substitute teacher. Ms. Ruby is a people person who loves to entertain and be around family and friends. Some of her hobbies include cooking, decorating, volunteering, and being outdoors. She is CPR certified and a certified EKG.
